The goal of the free session is to introduce you to the Fitness approach in a fun and safe environment. People who are new to fitness exercise should take the class. We’ll discuss your goal and demonstrate some of the fundamental movements we employ, lead you through a brief 10-minute workout that you can complete at your own pace, and of course, there will be an opportunity to ask questions at the conclusion.
